Refund for Swiss Travel Pass

Hello,
I had to purchased 2 Swiss Travel Pass and since there was a delay in receiving visa for my husband, I canceled 1 out of the 2 Swiss Travel Pass. The status shows refunded, however I have not received any refund.

Could you please let me know, when I will receive the refund?

Did you make two refund requests? A refund can take up to ten days.

It is not wise to purchase tickets before the Visa has arrived. There is no financial benefit if you purchase the Swiss Travel Pass early.
