Is it possible to transfer Swiss Travel Passes to another traveler

Our son purchased our two Swiss Travel Passes for us, along with his own Pass. So he has three Passes in his account. Is it possible for him to transfer our Passes to my husband and me so we can access them on our phones, in our individual SBB accounts? If not, should we have him cancel the order, and then purchase our passes individually so we can have them in our own accounts and access them in the phone app while travelling? Thank you!

Welcome to the SBB Community.

A transfer is not possible. You could all use his account provided he has purchased the STP with a user account and not as a guest. The same account can be used on up three devices.

If he has indeed purchased the STP with the guest option, you can only use the PDF copy, to be saved on your own device and show it from there.

All must have their physical passport (no photos, no paper copies) with them when using the Swiss Travel Pass.
