Door - Door Luggage Express

I would like to do below 2 bookings but couldnt do in online. Similar door to door express booking was made for other locations and was successful. Pls advise.
Booking 1: Montreux to Zermatt: Door to Door Express on 25-Jun. Same day pick up and Same day delivery
Issue: No same day pickup and delivery

Booking 2: St.Moritz to Rumlang: Door to Doort Normal. Pickup on 27Jun and Delivery on 28Jun.
Issue: Deliver only on 29Jun

Pls advise on how do we proceed to do the bookings in online OR Is okay to call SBB and book over the phone.

Try again, it perfectly works for me. But why spending so much money if you could transport the luggage yourself? The trains have floor level access.
