How to find my customer number?

I purchased an 8 day Swiss Pass through the website. I have also created an account on the SBB App. However, I can’t link the Swiss Pass to
my App account without the 10 digit customer number. The customer number was not in my confirmation email and is not listed on the ticket. How do I find my customer number?

Adding the Swiss Travel Pass after purchase is not possible. You would have had purchasing the Swiss Travel Pass with your account.

Simply use the PDF, together with your physical passport (no copy, no photo of it).

You bought a 8 day Swiss Travel Pass, which, in spite of the similarity in the names, has nothing to do with the “Swiss Pass”. Since you do not have a “Swiss Pass” you also do not have the customer number that comes with it.
