Swiss Travel Pass Flex: refund

So I purchased a swisspass in April to book the Glacier Express for July. When I went to activate my Swiss passport flex 8 days for my 8 days in July it will not let me activate. I now see activation was valid for April and May. So can I get a refund since I never used it and purchase it again to use for month of July? I will not be in Switzerland until June 29. Ideas what I should do?

Well, actually, no. There is no proof that you have not used it as ticket checks do happen randomly and not on every train.

Even if it shows never been activated and I never got a swisspass card?

It is about the Swiss Travel Pass, not SwissPass.

Swiss Travel Pass = for tourists
SwissPass = for Swiss residents

The Swiss Travel Pass does not have a plastic card; it is all electronic.

Provided you have purchased the passes with SBB, ask SBB if they make an exception since the single days have not been activated.

You must be from the Americas, so call: 011 41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).

And, you do not need a ticket in advance to book the Glacier Express. The only person being interested in your tickets is the ticket inspector on board the service, nobody else.
Imagine Swiss people usually purchase their tickets 2 minutes before departure.
