I’ve been trying to pay for an STC for 3 days. I’ve already spoken to both banks that issued my credit cards, and they confirmed the issue is not on their side — they didn’t even receive the transaction attempt.
I’ve read that others have had the same issue, but I still don’t understand if they managed to fix it, and how or cant be paid overseas.
Error DTR3022 appeared yesterday.
I have already bought from other Swiss websites with no problem.
Is anyone with same issue?
