The website will not accept my Mastercard credit card from Bank of America. I have called the bank to preauthorize the purchase but the payment process hits a brick wall when it is redirected to Datatrans. The request never hits my bank. How can I resolve this. The tickets are for two tickets from Zurich to Genoa on 12 Sep 2025.
