hello.

Can i ask about this ticket.

I bought this ticket on 6/9 18:29, but I canceled & refund directly before ride a train with in 20 minutes. Because i select the wrong day. I didn’t used it.

And the in the sbb mobile said it was totally refund.

But still the cancellation is not progress.

Could you check your system please?

Some side notes:

when you write about dates, keep in mind that in Europe we use dd/mm/yyyy date format; thus, 6/9 for us means 6 September. To be clear, you should always use the month name (e.g. June).
you have posted all your ticket details and allowed the world to retrieve information about your person and journey. We strongly advise not to do so and therefore deleted all the information to protect your privacy.
