Where to find Customer number on my Online Swiss Pass

I understand that I can see how busy the trains are in advance on the SBB app. I have downloaded the app but it’s asking for customer number which I am not finding on my Swiss card which has been sent to
Me by mail.

Am I not finding it or is the customer number only on a paper Swiss card?

Our trains feature free seating. From your saying I conclude that you want to secure a seat. Purchasing a ticket weeks in advance will not secure you a seat since our tickets do not have a seat assignment.

You do not need the customer number. You just need to login using the username and password you created on the SBB website. If you did not create a username and password then just skip login.
