I was just in Switzerland and left my backpack on a train. The backpack was located, but I was flying out too early in the morning and the office was closed on Sunday. I had called the service number and spoke with representative. Now I’m home in the United States and I can’t get the number to work. It says The number cannot be completed as dialed. I did an online chat with a representative, but no help. So super frustrated right now. The backpack has items that I need to get back.
