The refund time depends on the payment method you used:
TWINT: Usually refunded within 2–3 hours, but in some cases it may take a bit longer.
Credit or debit card: Normally it takes 3–5 working days, but sometimes up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Other methods: Can also take several days.
To be honest, SBB refunds are often a bit slow, so it’s not unusual if it takes a few days before the money shows up in your account.
