We purchased SuperSaver tickets from a small town to a BE Oberland village. It was through Zurich, Bern, then Spiez. The first S-Bahn was delayed because of construction on the way to Zurich HB. So we missed our train from Zurich onward. Our ticket states that only that train was valid for our SuperSaver discount. Do we have to pay a supplement to continue?
