Linking Swiss pass cards and Swiss pass accounts

Hi I can’t seem to link add my Swiss travel card. I registered with Swiss passport first then purchased two 8 day travel cards but can’t find my customer number

You don’t have a customer number when you purchase a Swiss Travel Pass for tourists, but you don’t need one. If the STP doesn’t appear in the app with a login to your account, it is no more possible to link it later. You must show it separately as PDF file.
