Assuming you are a resident, have the Half Fare Travelcard (1 year for Fr. 190.-) on your SwissPass, and you bought the SDP at half fare price:
Yes, this will work, you will just need to present both your SwissPass card and the SDP QR-Code separately to ticket inspectors. (If the SwissPass was linked in the app, the half fare travelcard validity information would be ‘included’ in that SDP QR code, so presenting the SwissPass too is not necessary anymore)
