we travelled from Indian to switzerland on 21june 2025 via Paris -Basel -interlaken,but due to tree fallen on the track we were stuck at station for 3 hours plus.
We Need help for refund as online it’s asking details which we don’t have IBAN numbers and other banking details ,we tried offline same day but they mentioned to try online .
