Dear SBB Customer Service,
I am writing to kindly request a refund of the CHF 60 supplement (“InterRail Entry Flexi”) issued to me with my co-pax(spouse) on 27.06.2025, although I was holding a valid Swiss Travel Pass.
Due to a misunderstanding, I mistakenly activated my Swiss Travel Pass shortly after boarding the train, unaware that activation was required before the journey began. This was an honest oversight, and the pass was valid and active for the entire day. We had taken the 8 days flex pass for usage during our family holiday in Switzerland for 8 days on the very first day at the airport and instantly activated it too. Since we are here to enjoy the famous Swiss culture, food and beautiful location, this supplement charge has spoiled a part of our vacation.

I fully understand and respect SBB’s policies and hope you will consider my request for a goodwill refund, as this was a one-time error and all travel for that day was otherwise covered by the pass.
