I just bought a ticket from Spiez to Milano Centrale for my friend (*** SBB admin: redacted => data protection), without logging in.
And the payment has been completed, but they said <Time limit exceeded - journey no longer available.>
What should I do?
The ticket didn’t come.
I think it’s an error.
Please cancel my payment.
I’m so nervous now.
