Inquiry About a Lost credit Card

I am writing to inquire about a lost item that may have been left on one of your trains.
My name is KIM CHANGKYEOM.

Today, I boarded the express train from Interlaken Ost at 08:04 and arrived in Lucerne at 08:55.
I believe I was seated in either seat 124 or 123.

The lost item is a card, with “ISIC Student Card” written on the back and “Travel Log” written on the front.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could check with the train cleaning staff or train personnel in case the item is found.
If the item is discovered, would it be possible to be contacted?

You should immediately inform the card provider to block it and order a new one. Lost credit/debit cards are destroyed and not send back to the owner, unless they are in a bag.

The probability that someone found it and read your post in this community is very low.

Any lost single credit cards are not returned to the owner, for security reasons. They are being destroyed.

Inform your card issuer to block it and request a new one.
