Swisspass mobile cannot be displayed

I can’'t display the QR on SBB applicatiton. The message is the following one: “Swisspass travel card has expired or is blocked.”. I recently payed the half fare travelcard.

I cannot can’t contact the support at 0848 44 66 88. How can I unblock it?
