Hi, Back in May I purchased a flex pass for my 15 day trip to Switzerland starting July 15. When I went to activate it just now for a ticket from Zurich to Bern I couldn’t do that. It looked like the pass had already expired? How do I fix this? I’m sure I had entered July 15 - July 30 as my dates. Dan . reference #00000000
