Hello, I purchased Supersaver tickets from Basel to Paris for March 7th. They are non-refundable, but now I am reading about the possibility of the strike in Paris. I have tried to reach the help line, but hung up after fifteen minutes on hold (I’m calling from overseas).

What happens if the stations in Paris are not running on the day I need to travel?

I would like to see if I move my travel up a day (to the 6th), but I don’t know if I can do that.

In case of a strike you can ask for either a rebooking or a refund, both free of charge - all provided the tickets were issued by SBB.
