I am located in the US for reference.
I purchased the Swiss Half Fare Card via the SBB app and see it in the app and on web. I also received a physical SwissPass card in the mail, and I linked this card to my app (I can see it in the app).
Now, I am trying to buy a Peak Pass via the Half Fare rate. It asks for my SwissPass ID, which I provided and it seems to register. However, I receive the error: “No valid half-fare/GA travelcard found.” Why is this and what can be done?
