on 27 June I lost a bag at the Bern station and reported it (SBB #V••••/••••••). I have received 2 reports from SBB that it has not been recovered. I did, however, today receive a message from train station in Dortmund, Germany, that they may have my bag. They provided a Lost Property #F••••/••••••. The message was translatable to English, but the claim form was not. I sent a message describing the bag. I called, but the automated service was in German, so I could not understand what to do. I will gladly pay the costs associated with verifying the bag is mine and, if so, return it to me in the US. If you can in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
