Hi There,
I lost a backpack with my families passports, my wallet, kids favorite stuffed animals, basically all my important items, on the train or at a station from
Wengen to Lauterbrunnen to Interlaken Ost to Zurich. I cannot believe I lost track of this bag.
I’m seeking any tips to make my lost report as good as possible? I’ve read the tips on SBB lost & found site. I included a picture of the bag. Do you think I should update my report to include every single item in the bag? Or just the largest/most of the items?
Also, I’m seeking any idea of when I might hear from SBB if there is a match. I, of course, check my loss report obsessively throughout the day. I’m trying to decide when I need to give up hope, report my passports as lost to embassy, & try to get emergency passports issued so we can make our flight home.
