i bought 8 tickets first class from Gstaad to Geneva on June 26. trip canceled due to operational problems. we were assigned to the next train which we couldn’t find any seat available on the first class. I wanted to ask for full or partial refund but there is no way that I can get to the page that describe the situation. event as I followed the instructions, ie went to my order page but there wasn’t any tab to click on for refund and I can’t call from US. would you just let me know what to do?
