It is not possible to refund a Swiss Travel Pass which is already valid.
Provided you had purchased the Swiss Travel Passes from SBB directly, you would have to call SBB to see if they can to anything for you: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible).
We do recomend to check the ticket details before hitting the ‘Purchase now’ button, to avoid such situations.
