Viva las SBBs an Swiss Pass

Wonderful! I got the email to renew my Bike season pass, awesome thanks for remembering me.
The in reality it’s a different story, you try to follow the link and get into endless loops in-between Swiss pass, Sbb and your payment methods!
After several tries I’ve given up. No chance. Just frustration.
My compliments to whoever did this, it’s **** ****! Thanks again SBB and Swisspass

The reason for the behaviour could also be the device / browser. Here are some possible solutions:

Use another device.
Use another browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
If “all cookies” are blocked in your browser settings, change to “allow necessary cookies”.
Delete browsing history and cookies.
If third-party solutions such as VPN, ad blocker, virus scanner or proxy server are used, turn them off on a trial basis to see if they are blocking data exchange.
