This week I was scheduled to travel on 15-7-2025 and 17-7-2025, but my work schedule was changed due to a colleague being ill. so I had to work on the 15th and only traveled on the 16th as well as only traveling back on the 18th . I would like to know if it is possible to refund the day tickets I bought at gemaide. because I had to take new ones.
