It could take more as three weeks until you receive an answer. It is useless to call now. If someone found it, you bag is with hundreds of other lost items in Bern, awaiting identification.

My airtag is in the bag still, so I still see the location of the bag. It is 51 mins ago see in Wagmattplatz 1, 6035 Perlen. I think it is still in the train. Can you please help?

I didn’t see your second post. Bad news, this is the address of an incineration plant. So I guess someone stole the bag and threw it in the trash, after keeping the valuables.
