Itinerary Milano - Zurich HB
Purchased ticket through SBB app, SBB it does not sell bike spots for international trains (This has been told by a employee at Zürich HB office). Train should be purchased through the trenitalia web page.
How is a customer supposed to know this?
There’s no intuitive way through webpage or app that tells this.
I got denied my ticket refund for 84CHF.
Ended up travelling in Trenord until Locarno for then taking national trains until Zürich HB-
