Subject: Correction Request for Date of Birth on Swiss Travel Pass
Dear SBB Customer Service,
I recently purchased 5 Swiss travel passes. Out of 5, one Swiss Travel Pass, and I noticed that there is a small mistake in the date of birth entered. The name on the pass matches exactly with my passport, and the year and month of birth are correct. However, the day was mistakenly entered as 21 instead of 17.
No age-related discount or benefit was applied based on the incorrect date.
Could you please let me know whether this pass is still valid for travel, or if it needs to be corrected? If a correction is necessary, I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.
