Yes you could, but the saver day pass would be way too expensive just for that short journey (assuming you’re staying in Interlaken), since it is not valid on anything located above Grindelwald Terminal/Village.
So better get regular tickets, or maybe include that stretch to the ticket(s) you are buying for the mountain rides above Grindelwald from Jungfrau Railways www.jungfrau.ch .
