I bought a ticket on OMIO. I got the ticket but the money were refunded the next day.

Here’s the situation:

I bought a ticket on OMIO, payed and immediately received a confirmation with the.pdf tickets. The next day I checked my bank account and noticed I were refunded due to a payment issue. I don’t know now if my tickets still valid or no.

Any suggestion?

Kindly check with Omio as the ticket was sold by them.

As a general rule, I suggest buying tickets directly with SBB, you will not have any advantage in booking tickets with a third party agency such as Omio. In the contrary, if you have issues (as you have now), you will not have a live support as when bought with SBB.
