Exchange international ticket

On mobile app I have bought a ticket from Milano to schaffhausen can i change it Zurich to Schaffhausen and will get the extra money I paid?

Provided the ticket is eligible for cancellation, you can only change it by ringing SBB: +41 51 225 78 56 (24/7, waiting times are possible).
