What's EV3 or EV4

I checked in the SBB app for train services from Thusis to Filisur in November 2025, and the result shows EV3 and EV4. What’s the meaninf of EV3 or EV4? Is it a train service or a bus service?

EV is the abbreviation for Ersatzverkehr in German, it means that it is a bus replacement service, probably due to engineering works on the Albula line.

Danhiel Thanks very much 💐, I’ve been Googling all day and couldn’t find an answer. In that case, do you have any idea whether it is worthy to take the bus replacement service? I was planning to do the Bernina Express route on regional trains, in this case, I guess I’ll not be able to see the Landwasser Viaduct at Filisur…

Sorry, I don’t know if the viaduct is visible from the road (Parkplatz), but you could see the rest of the line between Filisur and Preda.
