Subject: Request to Cancel Supersaver Upgrade and Purchase a Supersaver Ticket Instead
Dear SBB Customer Service,
I mistakenly purchased a Supersaver Class Upgrade ticket without realizing that it requires a valid base ticket. I do not have a base Supersaver or standard ticket, so the upgrade cannot be used on its own.
I would like to kindly request the cancellation or refund of this upgrade ticket, and I am willing to purchase a proper Supersaver Ticket instead for the same route and travel date.
Here are the details of the upgrade ticket:
Travel date: 23th September
Route: Lucerne to Grindelwald
Time: 12:0614:40
Date of purchase: 26th July
