Seat reservation on EC connection for Saver Day Pass

Hi SBB Team,
Can I ride on an EC connection that requires a seat reservation on the Saver Day Pass? How would I do the seat reservation..?

PS: In this case I would buy an additional ticket to cover for travel outside Switzerland: Chiasso-Milano (for the journey Zurich-Milano)

Hello Naifieshi38

Seat reservations are required only in Italy, not in Switzerland. You are right, you must buy an additional EC ticket with included seat reservation from Chiasso to Milano. With a Saver Day Pass it is not allowed to reserve a seat from Zürich to Milano.
