I mistakenly booked 8 day pass on 9th Feb for me and family and it started from 9th Feb, whereas I want it from 15.03.2023. I tried to call them on 13.02.2023 and they can’t do much to refund me. I am still in Dubai and I did not travelled to Swiss yet. I really need my tickets to be valid from 15.03.2023 onwards for 8 days pass and wants to change the dates of my pass from 09.02.2023 to start from 15.03.2023. Can you please help me with their email address as my emails to these ID’s are not being delivered (SBB Admin: email deleted)
