Truncated URL in id check SMS

I try to complete the swisspass Identity Check, I gave my (german) phone number, and I receive an SMS where I should click on the link, but the SMS only contains the end of the link. example (complete) SMS:

How can I resolve this issue?

What is the purpose for the need to verify your German phone number & your identity? What are you about to purchase?

This step is required if you want to purchase a resident travel card.

Hey RolandP thank you for your help! I am working here for a while for a swiss company and I am trying to register to Business Travel (connected to the company), and I got told to use the half-tax option (my goal is then simply to book trains daily starting from tomorrow). As part of this I got redirected to ID check though, which seems broken as said before (truncated URL).
Should this flow only work with swiss phone numbers? (sounds weird to me but hey idk)

I do not know why the SMS does not contain the complete URL. Perhaps it was a technical gltich, you may report it here:

If I were you, I would go to an SBB ticket office to purchase the Half Fare Card there. Everything will be set up there, including the ID check. Furthermore, you will get a temporary Half Fare Card for instant use. The online purchase for a first time customer with another phone number than a Swiss number can be challenging, as we have learned here from other customer feedbacks.

I’ve just been bitten by this same problem. 😑

You’d think it would have been fixed in less than 15 days, considering it’s a blocking issue, potentially causing a loss in revenue. 🤔
