I have a question about refunding international trains.
I booked a train from Zurich to Budapest, but I want a refund! I heard that international trains can only be refunded by phone.
I can’t call you guys in Korea.
I heard that international flights are only refunded by phone.
If I go to Switzerland in 3 weeks, can I get a refund at the train station? I wonder if I can’t get it if the date is old! And I wonder if I can get a refund until a few days before departure.

The ticket refund must be made before train departure. We are obliged to adhere to these conditions as we cannot claim any amounts back from our partner railway companies once this deadline has expired.
