I purchased Saber Day Pass on April 13th and 14th through SBB application, but I can check the ticket on the 13th, but I can’t check the ticket on the 14th.
I’ve paid all the bills.

If you have not received a confirmation e-mail for the SDP for 14 April, the purchase was not successful, and you must buy it once more. Kindly have a look at your credit card, it was most likely not charged for the 14th April ticket.
