Hi there

I recently purchased a ticket online on SBB.ch for a trip from Milano centrale to St Mortiz via Tirano, departing on 4/3/2023 1020am. The trip is estimated to be 4hr 51 mins which is the fastest one. However I realised that there are no further details of the trip I.e platform number, train number, occupancy etc. is there an error with my booking or is the trip is invalid? But my purchase still went through.
