Where to find the SwissPass ID?

Hi. I need to find my SwissPass ID for purchase a ticket and I’m unable to find it. I’ve a customer number and a Half Fare Card. I did all the registration online and I have not a physical card. I think that the SwissPass ID can be found in the back of the card but, Is there any other place to know my SwissPass ID without a phisical card? Tahnk you

The SwissPass card ID is invalid without the physical card. Online services cannot be used without the card as the latter is the master.

Which ticket do you want to purchase? And on which site?
SBB does not ask for a SwissPass ID when purchasing half price tickets.

I was trying to purchase tickets from Zematt to Sunnega at https://www.matterhornparadise.ch. In the final step of the purchase you were asked to personlise your ticket (for purchases with half fare card) and then you should provide your SwissPass ID. Finally went to SBB information point and they told me that without a physical card I cannot know my SwissPass ID but they confirmed that I can purchase the ticket on the train station with 50% discount showing the HFC.
