Yesterday (31/08/2025, at 20:46) while I was travelling from Zürich Flughafen to Konstanz, I placed both my cabin suitcase and check-in suitcase together in the luggage compartment. After passing Weinfelden station, I noticed that my suitcase had been stolen.
The suitcase still had a flight check-in tag attached to the handle. I immediately informed the ticket inspector, who advised me to apply via Lost and Found. However, she also mentioned that if the suitcase was deliberately stolen, it might be difficult to recover.
This suitcase contains not only valuable items but also belongings of strong emotional significance. I kindly request your urgent support in this matter. In particular, I believe it may be possible to trace the theft by reviewing the station platform cameras around the relevant time.
Please guide me through the process of filing the report and taking the next steps.
