To purchase the Swiss Travel Pass several months in advance makes zero sense. Your case is a good example, why. You could have purchased it even on the day of arrival. There is no financial disadvantage when doing so.
That said:
- If you had purchased the Swiss Travel Pass as a guest, you will not find any reference other than in your e-mail.

Each cancellation request will cost you a 10 CHF administration fee.
Btw, our country is named ‘Switzerland’. We, the inhabitants, are named the ‘Swiss’.
