On August 11th, the last train from Basel to Zermatt was delayed and stopped in Bern, preventing me from getting to Zermatt.
I contacted SBB, and an employee named Eric promised compensation for the delay, but I couldn’t use my reserved hotel in Zermatt.
Where should I file this claim?
When I went to file a claim for the delay, it kept asking me to log in, even though I’m already logged in with my Swiss Pass.
