I submitted a lost and found report and made a mistake in my email address. I accidentally added a period after the com. I can find no information on how to correct this since I never received the link. Phone calls are not allowed by provider and the agents at a visit to the rail station told me the reports status, but they could not correct the error. How do I proceed?
