I was buying a ticket from Colmar to Geneva for Sunday the 14th. Upon payment, first I paid with my UBS card, it was debited but the app said payment didn’t go through. I changed payment to my Revolut card, it was also debited but again it said there was a problem with payment and it refunded my Revolut card.
However my UBS card was never refunded.
Then I did the ticket search again and paid with my Revolut card and it was debited and tickets were issued this time.
However do I get a refund for the debt done in my UBS card since the tickets were not issued but the money was still debited
