Hello JURACYJR
Thanks.
This platform is run by volunteer travel experts, not by the SBB Customer Service. We do reply in our spare time. Nobody is willing to make the extra effort to translate a message. If you want help, then please make it easy for us.
And, people are definitely more willing to help if you are polite, that includes using a language that is supported here. It is not out faulr that you have lost your baggage, but we will help, though.
That said:
It is not obvious from your message whether you have done a lost property report or not. The baggage, once found, can be shipped to Porrugal using a courrier service. This is not an inexpensive undertake, the expenses are to be covered by you.
It is also not obvious what train it was. Was it a Swiss train, a TILO train, or a Trenitalia train?
Please report your loss with SBB as well as with Trenitalia.

It can take up to three weeks to hear some news.
Kind regards,
Roland
