We are now out of the country and wish to have our found items sent asap to our hotel in Amsterdam. How can I update our report with the new instructions and address of the hotel. It is time sensitive as we will leave Europe on the 3rd of Oct. we do NOT have a phone number for Europe so am unable to use the help phone number at .08 per minute.
Items are currently waiting for us at Zurich main station.
